About us

Transport-Beton Kft., a Hungarian owned construction company which was established in 1991, built a new industrial hall in 2011, opposite its headquarters. We set up this division in order to manufacture stainless steel and carbon steel structures to compliment our own activities.
The name TR-ACÉL(steel) was given to this division. The last 5 years have seen a rapid expansion and now the division employs 30 people.
As a result of continuous development and the employment of suitable qualified people, the company now has all the required certification regarding quality control, welding and manufacturing of steel structures required to meet the expectations of both international and domestic clients. When we say steel structures we are talking about tanks, flammable material storage containers, and pressure vessels.

Our 1,700 m² industrial hall includes a 16 m high part, where we can manufacture tanks up to 150m3 and carry out insulation work. Within the hall we have two 5 tonne and one 10 tonne hoist cranes plus one 3.5 tonne forklift truck, with which we can handle all materials. For customised projects our engineers have modern 3D (Inventor) and 2D (Autocad) software to help us.

Sheet metal work

- LASER CUTTING

We have a Bystronic Bystar 3015 Bylaser 5200 ARC laser cutter, which we also offer for outside work.

The largest sheeting we can handle is 1,500x3,000 mm.

The maximum sheet thickness depends on the material:
• • carbon steel	25 mm
• stainless steel	20 mm
• aluminium	12 mm

We can also handle the cutting of pipes and square hollow sections: • maximum length: 2,700 mm
• maximum diameter: ø320 m m

- Sheet bending

Press brake

Maximum pressure: 220 tonnes.
Maximum length of material: 3,000 mm.

With this machine we can handle sheeting with a thickness of 0.5-15mm.

- Sheet metal rolling

This machine can also be used for making cone-shaped structures.
